PARTICIPATE IN A RESEARCH STUDY FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL & BRAIN SCIENCES AT DARTMOUTH COLLEGE

Participation Criterion: must be 18-30 years of age; right-handed; not currently pregnant; fluent in English; not wear bifocals or contact lenses. All participants are compensated for their time. Visit: https://neuro-study2014.youcanbook.me


== Obesity and Depression Treatment Research Program for Women Participation: Do you have symptoms of depression? Are you feeling down, depressed, or hopeless? Have you lost interest in activities you used to enjoy? Program: An 11 week HAES/ACT Therapy Group, led by a DHMC psychologist, with a small group of other women with similar concerns. Sessions last two hours, and meet at DHMC, at a time convenient for you. 3 study assessment visits, at DHMC, to obtain height and weight and complete questionnaires and an interview with a psychologist. DEPRESSION TREATMENT STUDY

Seeking participants 18-65 years old experiencing a major depressive episode who have been taking medication(s) that are not helping enough, and are willing to take an approved antidepressant and an investigational medication or placebo. Participation entails 14 visits over 23-26 weeks. All study-related medications, office visits and examinations will be provided to you at no cost. You may receive compensation for your time. DEPRESSION RESEARCH

Are you currently taking medications for depression? Take part in a research study using imaging (MRI) to evaluate response to medication. Participants are 21-70 years old, generally healthy and either no longer depressed or still depressed. Time commitment will be up to six hours. You may receive compensation for your time. AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER RESEARCH

The Department of Psychiatry at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth is seeking families that have a child diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder to participate in a study of family relationships. The purpose of this study is to evaluate a new, online measure designed to understand connections between family members. If you decide to participate, you will be asked to bring your family to one of our two locations: Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH (level 5D), or Hanover Psychiatry in Hanover, NH. You and your family will be asked to fill out a few questionnaires about your family. All family members living in your household who are above 8 years of age will be asked to participate.
