The Upper Valley Mental Health Resource Guide was created by a small group of family members who participate in the NAMI support group that meets at West Central Behavioral Health in Lebanon, NH. A persistent frustration of family members is the difficulty in finding local resources that might be of help to them and their loved ones coping with mental health issues. Often even the professionals in the field of mental health care do not know about various programs and services available. This wiki site was created to share information we've acquired over the years. We chose a wiki page format as opposed to a more formal web site to allow us maximum ease and flexibility in updating information. Please note that we are not professionals and are all volunteers. While we strive to post information we believe to be current and valid, we cannot guarantee that this is always true. We also do not endorse nor vouch for any agencies, programs, or services listed. We are simply listing information.
