If you or a loved one are having difficulty with a Medicaid Care Management Organization getting a prior authorization for medications or access to treatment, please call the client services help line at the NH Dept. of Health and Human Services: 603- 271- 4344 or 1-800-852-3345 x434.

    • 2-1-1 NH connects callers at no cost, to information about critical health and human services available in their community. NH citizens can call 2-1-1 and speak to an information and referral specialist.

  • Emergency/General Assistance in Vermont

    • Emergency/General Assistance helps individuals and families with their emergency basic needs such as temporary housing, utilities, food, and personal needs items. Eligibility is based on low income.
