Good Neighbor Health Clinic, ph. 802-295-2868

  • The Good Neighbor Health Clinics, Inc. is a non-profit free health care facility established in 1992 for the purpose to offer free primary medical and dental care to the people of the Upper Connecticut River Valley who are in need and lack the resources to obtain adequate care.

Health Connections, ph. 802-728-2323

  • Location: 38 S. Main Street, Randolph, VT 05060
  • Health Connections links men, women, and children to health care and community services. It provides a wide range of health care services both at Gifford and in the community through resources and referrals. Health connections and Gifford’s Community Outreach Office provide the link to a wide range of health care services both at Gifford and in the community.

Precision Valley Free Clinic, ph. 802-885-1616

  • Location: 268 River Street in Springfield, VT
  • Referrals for primary & episodic care, case management, basic laboratory services, assistance in enrolling in Medicaid programs, Ladies First, hospital charity care, and other social service programs, screening for tobacco use and enrollment in prevention programs, referral for and assistance in paying for dental care (co-pays and limited funding within the Springfield Hospital service area only) and referrals for some specialized care.

Windsor Community Health Clinic, ph. 802-674-7213

  • Location: Mt. Ascutney Hospital, 289 County Rd, Windsor, VT 05089
  • The Windsor Community Health Clinic at Mt. Ascutney Hospital was established to serve members of our community who are not covered by Medicaid, VHAP, and private insurance, and who do not have the financial resources to pay for healthcare services. Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, in partnership with the Valley Radiologists Professional Associates, and community volunteers organized this clinic to provide access to a wide range of healthcare services.
