- The Addiction Treatment Program (DHMC-ATP) provides a comprehensive evaluation service and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults. We offer state-of-the-art evaluation and treatment, and referral services for people seeking help for substance use and related disorders. Services include comprehensive evaluation, individual outpatient therapy, co-occurring treatment, psychiatric evaluation and pharmacology. The program also conducts studies for which it seeks participants who can receive treatment without cost.
- The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Perinatal Addiction Treatment Program (PATP) uses the harm reduction model for treatment of all their pregnant and postpartum patients. This program was started to influence the growing problem of Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) in NH and VT.

- Webster Place is an alcohol and drug recovery community. We offer peer-based support and we believe that one person in recovery can help another person who wants to recover. The Webster Place staff practices a proven 12-Step program, and we share our experience, strength and hope with our residents. We are non-medical and non-clinical. Operated by Easter Seals, Webster Place welcomes women and men, 18 and up, to achieve sobriety, and stay sober with us.

- The Farnum Center is a comprehensive alcohol and other drugs treatment facility serving over 1,000 NH residents per year. It is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency, under the umbrella of Easter Seals New Hampshire Substance Abuse Services. The Farnum Center understands how important it is for you to get the help you need right away; that is why we have a new screening process called Open Access. Open Access is a walk in service available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 11:00am. You will be seen by one of the clinicians who will complete a thorough Psychosocial and discuss with you what level of care would be most appropriate.
Vermont
- The Second Wind Foundation: Turning Point and Wit's End

- The Upper Valley Turning Point is a community center for people in recovery from addiction and addictive behavior. Located off Route 5 at the Wilder/Norwich border in eastern-central Vermont, the Turning Point provides a safe, substance-free environment populated by people in recovery who offer peer support seven days a week at no cost to the consumer. Wit’s End is for family members challenged by the substance abuse, addiction or addictive behavior of an adolescent or young adult. Making Change is a facilitated support group for high school-aged young people who are considering, or are committed to, recovery from alcohol or other drug dependency.
